Simple Process: Easy as 1, 2, 3 (4)

  • STEP 1: Intro Call

    Learn more about Cozy Penguin and what makes our team and approach amazing for you and your newest family member!

    We’ll cover things like: your due date, your care needs, how a typical night works, pricing, etc.

  • STEP 2: Confirm

    Once deciding to move forward, we will:

    - Sign a care agreement detailing everything

    - Collect an initial deposit (10% of the total cost)

    - Meet your care manager

  • STEP 3: Match & Prep

    We build your custom care plan, deliver our “Before the Hospital” and “Prepare the House” checklists, and match you to your night care nanny.

  • STEP 4: First Night Flight

    Night care nanny arrives with everything needed; you wake up to coffee and a full care log.
